Dividend Taxation For Investors Autumn Budget 2018

The tax free dividend allowance and taxation limits will remain unchanged at £2,000 for the tax year 2019/20 and the following rates (within tax band):
- 7.5% tax if dividends fall within the basic rate tax band
- 32.5% if dividends fall within the higher rate tax band
- 38.1% if dividends fall above the additional rate tax bandat £150,000
